Great games got glitches

I love this game. It continues to keep me coming back for more but it isnt getting a five star review.
Level 135 isnt loading at all and this isnt the first time Ive encountered problems.
It gave me a lot of grief around about level 72 cause it would freeze and not load pieces during the game.
I reported the glitches to their Facebook page, through the app itself and an email. It took them an incredibly long time to reply back. I only hope that it was because they were incredibly busy trying to fix the problem.
With that being said, its a great game but the glitches arent few and far in between from what Ive read from older reviews online.
